The Mind Challenge 2026 tournament, April 13-May 27, 2026 - our 8th year!

The Mind Challenge for the New Majority - a free team trivia tournament for active seniors 50+ with four rounds of competition, which qualifies teams to compete in an elite 10 quarter-finals competition.

Designed like the popular NCAA basketball tournament with regions and brackets, it is fun and free for both the participating seniors and the senior municipal centers!

All Mind Challenge events are at senior municipal centers across Northeast Ohio and are played on weekdays at either 9:30 am or 1:00 pm.

A collaborative effort where teams of 4-6 players combine their knowledge of senior-friendly trivia questions asked by a trivia host. It’s not an individual vs individual game; it is a team-oriented game where everyone works together for points. No player is singled out in team competition!

Over 100 teams, 800 players, representing 70 cities throughout Northeast Ohio, competed in 2025.

Teams play to win cash prizes for their senior center!
